trap, rat trap

Rat trap, made from a hollowed block of wood and operated by a bow with string. There is a thin, pointed wooden shaft inside the trap which was possibly an 'arrow' for the device or could have been used for setting the bait inside the trap. There is a hand-written paper label attached to the underside of the trap that reads '25. / Ubekpi, / K. / ? 1902'.
