ОписаниеBrass currency rod, bent into a 'U' shape. According to the extensions register, the currency was used and made in Igaraland, Southern Nigerian and had the value of 3d. The rods were introduced into the Protectorate by European merchants. They were melted in a blacksmith's furnace and fashioned into personal ornaments and other objects.
