Club made of wood, lozenge in section and shield-shaped, with a raised central rib running to midway down its length. The handle is round in section, tapers to a point and covered in decoration of diamonds formed of dotted lines. A pom pom of red wool is attached above the grip. According to the index card, this club is 'Old collection re-reg' and once had a label attached: 'Niue Savage Island No. 8'.
