Two almost identical octagonal plates, painted in blue and white with chinoiserie design featuring woman under tree, leaping boy and water in a landscape within a circular roundel at the centre of the plate. 8 Chinese basket and ribbon motifs around edge and 8 edge border of narrow panels of alternating lattice and elongated plant designs. There are 3 bamboo trails on the reverse.
