Two small, identical ceramic scallop shell shaped pickle dishes or 'pecten' shell type trays. Decorated with underglaze blue design consisting of a central floral sprig and other surrounding smaller sprigs, with scroll pattern border along edge and scale and dot pattern on holding part of dish. Moulded ribs to shell-shaped body.
