White bone china beaker made to commemorate the prposed Coronation of Edward VII. Decorated with colour printed portrait of Edward VII surmounted by crown, on the back is date 'My 12th 1937' surmounted with crown in gilt. Deep gilt band round inside of rim., on base is gilt printed inscription 'This beaker is limited to an issue of 2000 of which this is no 554', above is maker's mark for Minton's on globe surmounted with crown and with laurel wreath
