Ceramic blue and white rack or holder, possibly for holding 'punch' ladle spoons that has a wall bracket section at back and a flat plate section that is pierced with 12 circular holes and with 3 oval holes. Hand-painted with blue underglaze design of flowers. Imitating delftware., previous Modes record stated 'meissen onion pattern'
