Mastodon tooth crown

Crown of a left upper third molar tooth of a straight-tusked Mastodon, Anancus arvernensis, with six rows of cusps, the front row slightly worn. Encrusted with acorn barnacles between the rows. The under side filled with red crag sand. No root.
