Offcut from horn and antler-working, identified as a 'horn scraper' but likely a piece of antler. Possibly from the natural base of an antler. The marked side is flat, cleanly cut, and the other side consists of a circular plane and a border of 'notched', 'frilled' bone. Label with number '182' attached.
