Medal, possibly awarded by the British Red Cross, with 'Long and Efficient Service' inscription on reverse and a cross motif. On the obverse there is relief image of a woman in profile that seems to be holding a lamp. Red, yellow and white striped ribbon. Brass pin section at top. Inscription around milled edge of medal 'Mrs Edith Bridges'.
