Headrest carved from a whole piece of light wood in the shape of a bird at each end. From Devizes Museum collection (?). Tied-on label: Solomon Islands head rest 1909' and on reverse 'To go to the British Museum when we can no longer house it, at Mrs Warren's request, Eunice CRJBS Mother superior 3/5/1977'.
