Pair of shoes to fit bound 'lotus' foot of a Han Chinese woman, Northern style. Very pointed toes, unusual folded back section. high heels [?]. Front section is pink (or faded red) with blue edging and floral embroidery; back section is faded green with floral and butterfly design.
